Rowen Nadia Astrom

Founder, Lead Consultant

Rowen is a strategic communications leader, business coach and public speaker with over 15 years of experience in B2B/B2G sectors, specialising in energy, finance, and the new built environment. 

Her versatile career spans agency, publishing, and client-side roles, most recently serving as Senior Manager at ACWA Power where she was responsible for driving the external communications remit during the company’s IPO transition. Prior to which, Rowen played a consulting role for Abu Dhabi Power (now part of TAQA) and spearheaded the marketing and communications function at Alcazar Energy, a reputed Independent Power Producer, which was later acquired by China Three Gorges.

She holds a BA Hons from the University of Essex, a Postgraduate CIM Level 7 Marketing Leadership Qualification and is an NLP Master Business Practitioner and a Certified Investor Relations Officer (CIRO) from the Middle East Investor Relations Association (MEIRA).

How we do it

Assess

We begin our journey together by gathering data through a combination of desktop research, employee surveys and one-to-one interviews, allowing us to deep dive into the opportunities and challenges facing your sector and organisation. We then formulate a strategy in collaboration with your senior executives that encapsulates our key learnings, expected outcomes and way forward. 

Action

At this stage we put on our project management hats and move into the implementation phase. Here is where you will begin to see actionable results linked to the original strategy and milestones mapped out in phase one of our relationship.
